Chabot's Bay 6 Conference continues as the top football league in the state, posting a 4-2 record over the weekend and a composite 14-4 season mark. Chabot, Laney and CCSF are all 3-0. Nonconference play will continue for another two weeks.

Chabot freshman quarterback Chayce Akaka is off to a special start, completing 68 percent of his passes. Da'Juan Johnson leads the receivers with 22 catches and Traveon Auzenne has 15 grabs and leads the team with four TD receptions. Khalil Robertson has 10 receptions (No. 3 on the team).
