The young Chabot women's tennis team got three singles wins in a 6-3 loss to Folsom Lake on March 14.
The Glads' Laila Thompson defeated Emma Gochnauer, 6-2, 6-3; Asha Singh bested Isabel Yenez, 6-3, 6-1; and Glydelle Espano swept Hannah Grimele, 6-2, 6-2.
In a tough 8-1 loss to Foothill on March 12, Chabot's gritty Glydelle Espano won a marathon-like battle over Ruth Herrera-Flores, 6-4, 6-7 (5), 10 (11-9).
 On March 7,  Chabot's Sophie Fujioka got the lone team win in an 8-1 loss to CCSF. She defeated Pam Dineva, 6-2, 6-3.
Chabot is 1-7 overall and 1-5 in conference.
