Chabot was paced by Lilliana Lopez's 30th-place finish in the Tour de Cuesta on Aug. 31 to open the season. She covered the 3.0-mile course in 23 minutes, 50.20 seconds.
Rounding out the Gladiators' top five were four freshmen: Yesenia Guerrero (43rd, 29.27.20); Jennifer Avilla (45th, 30:56.80); Viviana Rodriguez (46th, 31:04.40), and Candy Salazar (47th, 38:16.10).
