The Chabot men's basketball team, ranked No. 4 in the state preseason poll, will return to action with three games in the Shasta Invitational, Thursday-Saturday.
 Chabot, guided by Keenan McMiller, breezed to three consecutive wins in the 55th Gladiator Classic (Nov. 3-5) but did not play last week.
Chabot's Diggy Winbush was selected as Gladiator Classic MVP, and three other Gladiators made All Tournament: Jaiden Rivera, David Hector and Zach Broadous.
