The Chabot women's basketball team opened the Coast-North season with a commanding win over Ohlone, 86-53, on Wednesday.
Cassidy Duncan led the way with a career-high 31 points. Kendra Grant scored 19, in her first game since Dec 28.
Coach Mark Anger called it a "good start to league."
The Gladiators (8-9, 0-1) have a big game on Friday against visiting City College of San Francisco (11-5, 0-1), beginning at 5 p.m. The men's game between Chabot and CCSF will follow at 7.
