Chabot brings in an entirely new team to the table after 6 or last years 7 men on the team have transferred to Universities.  The Gladiators are introducing 12 new men to the roster.  Most notably a pair of transfers; Isaias De Leon is transferring from the University of San Francisco whom boast a personal best in the 1500 meters on the track of 3:50.11 which would have placed him only behind Chabot's own Reece Proctor (3:48.67) on last years state performance list.  Prior to USF Isaias competed for De La Salle where he is the 2016 NCS Cross Country Champion.  Also joining the Gladiators from the University of Southern Utah is Adrian Schroeder.  Adrian was a redshirt last year at Southern Utah.  Adrian originally comes from Dublin High School where he finished 6th in the California State Cross Country Championships in Fresno.  Adrian holds a Cross Country 5k personal best of 15:18.  Adrian also carries a very notable personal best in the mile of 4:13.95.

The Gladiators open their season this Saturday at home meet which will hosted at Las Positas College.
