The Chabot College men’s cross country team was clutch when it counted at the Coast Conference Championships on Oct. 25.

The Chabot men’s cross country team finished second among the community colleges competing

The Chabot College men’s cross country team earned the Coast Conference championship for the first time.

Host Chabot placed four in the top 13 in a Twilight meet under the stadium lights that saw five dip under the coveted 15-minute barrier.

The Chabot men’s cross country team delivered a strong second-place finish at the George Brooks Invitational and Northern California Championship Preview, hosted by Diablo Valley College.

Chabot College freshman Dylan Baptista, a former Liberty High-Brentwood star, was the top freshman finisher in the Kim Duyst Twilight Cross Country Invitational (Universities) hosted by Cal State Stanislaus on Saturday, Sept. 9.
