The Glads swept a doubleheader over Taft, 11-5, 9-8, on Saturday, Feb. 24, and fell to Cabrillo 15-3 in five innings on Tuesday. Catcher Nia Burnett had a big game in the 11-3 triumph with two hits, a double, three RBI and two runs scored. Other Glads with two hits were Yubi Aguayo, pitcher Marissa Dohr, who doubled, and Sisi Fonua.

Dohr was also 3 for 3 with two runs scored in the 9-8 nailbiter. Chabot pounded out 23 hits total for the two wins. Shortstop Kiarra Taimani was 4 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI in the second game. Burnett doubled and had two RBI, and leadoff Ka'Naya tripled. 

Fonua was 2 for 4 with a home run and three RBI, scoring twice.
