The Chabot College swimming pool was the action spot on April 7 as the Gladiators hosted the "Last Chance" Invitational.

In women's 1-meter diving, Chabot's Gabriela von Euw led the way with 103.88 points.

The busy Shannon Fitzgerald was third in the 1,650 freestyle in a time of 23:20.54. She was also second in the 200 butterfly (3:11.80) and sixth in the 500 freestyle (6:48.45).

Kiersten Jelonek was fifth in both the 100 backstroke (1:06.99) and the 200 backstroke (2:24.13). She was also seventh in the 100 butterfly (1:10.86) and fourth in the 200 IM (2:33.29).

The Chabot women were fourth in the 400 freestyle relay in 4:36.98 with a team of Graciela Cerrato, von Euw, Fitzgerald, and Jelonek.
