CHABOT SOLID IN COAST TRACK

Chabot's Jaden Nixon was third in the 100 meters in a time of 12.42 seconds at the Coast Conference women's track meet at De Anza in Cupertino, April 24-27. 
Chabot's Maurcedez Potts was fifth in the 200 and in the 100. Nixon was seventh in the 200.
Freshman Aubrey Scheibel was fifth in the 5000 (20:29.46) and the 10000 (45:15.46). Sophomore Jamie Guzman was a strong second in the 400 hurdles (1:07.63) and fourth in the 100 hurdles (16.05). The Chabot women were third in the 4x400 relay (4:09.07).
In the field events, Chabot's Kayley Ho and Janessa Fanuncio were fifth and sixth in the pole vault. Camille Fang was sixth in the long jump and the triple jump.
The Chabot women finished seventh in the team standings with 56 points.
