The Chabot women's basketball team routed host Ohlone 89-59 on Jan. 22 in the Coast Conference-North.
Chabot's Adorah Buggs came off the bench to score a team-high 20 points to go with seven rebounds and four steals. Nyah Willis (18 points), Zakiya Mahoney (14) and Kayla Tahaafe (13) also bolstered the Chabot offense.
Chabot (16-6, 2-2) has a big week ahead with a home game against CSM (13-9, 2-2) at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29. The Gladiators and Bulldogs are currently tied for third place. Chabot also has a showdown at second-place CCSF (15-6, 3-1) on Jan. 31. Skyline (15-7, 3-0) leads the conference.
